Helping teams work better
Redesigning Dior’s intranet for Latin America to support faster and more reliable day-to-day work for regional teams.

Background
Upleveling Dior LatAm’s intranet experience
Dior Latin America teams have worked with an intranet that was difficult to navigate and slow to use. Information was fragmented, key workflows were inefficient, and the interface felt outdated. This made everyday work harder than it needed to be. We wanted to change that and create a platform that truly supports how teams work.

UX Research
Dior teams need a reliable and efficient intranet to do their daily work
Through interviews and observed task flows, we identified recurring needs shared across roles and countries. Users weren’t looking for new features, but for a platform that removes friction and supports their workflow.
Complete frequent tasks with fewer steps
Understand where content lives and why
Work efficiently without leaving the site
Approach
We focused on testing ideas early to validate what actually works
Rather than redesigning the platform all at once, we worked in short cycles to validate assumptions with users. Research insights informed early prototypes, which were reviewed and adjusted through continuous feedback. This approach allowed us to move with clarity, reduce risk, and focus on solutions that genuinely improved daily workflows.

01
Improving launch planning with a unified calendar
We introduced a centralized launch calendar that allowed brand managers across Latin America to plan, visualize, and manage product launches for the entire year in one place. The new interface made timelines easier to understand.

02
Making assets easier to find and reuse
We redesigned Dior’s asset repository to help teams find the files they need faster. The solution introduced a clearer navigation structure and an interface based on familiar patterns from tools users already knew. This reduced friction, improved confidence, and minimized time spent searching for assets.
